How KN Designs Personalization Works

Personalization should make a product feel more relevant to the person receiving it. At KN Designs, designs and customization are handled in-house in Dubai so names, initials, colors and selected details can be prepared as part of one careful process. This page explains what happens before, during and after a personalized order.

1. Choose a product that supports personalization

Start by selecting an item from the Made for You collection. Available choices include personalized laptop sleeves, bookmarks, canvas and velvet pouches, jewellery boxes, reusable glass cups, chore charts and custom name signs. Each product page lists the options available for that particular item.

2. Enter the details exactly as they should appear

Use the personalization field to enter the requested name, initial or wording. Check spelling, capitalization and spacing carefully. Where color or design options are available, confirm every selection before adding the product to the cart.

Personalized products are prepared for one customer and generally cannot be returned simply because the entered name or choice was incorrect. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible through the Contact page, Instagram or Facebook.

3. Your design is customized in-house

KN Designs began in Dubai in October 2022 with products created to spread positivity through useful designs and short motivational messages. The range later expanded into personalized pieces made around names, initials and meaningful details. Customization remains part of the in-house process rather than being treated as an afterthought.

Personalized products usually take around two business days to make. Some products may need a different preparation time, so the information on the individual product page always takes priority.

4. The finished order is checked

Materials are selected for quality, and each completed order is reviewed before packing. The check focuses on the selected product, the supplied personalization details and the overall finish. Items are then packed with care so they are ready for delivery or gifting.

5. The order is dispatched across the UAE

Once production is complete, UAE delivery is typically the next business day. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders over AED 150. For birthdays, graduations, Eid or other fixed dates, allow enough time for both the making process and courier delivery.

Materials, care and returns

Care instructions vary because the store includes leather, acrylic, glass, fabric, wood and other materials. Follow the guidance on the product page and any instructions supplied with the order. Decorated drinkware may need gentler care than undecorated glass, while fabric and leather products should be kept away from unsuitable cleaning methods.

Eligible non-custom items may be requested for return within five days. Personalized, custom and sale items are not returnable unless there is a qualifying problem such as damage, a defect or an incorrect item. Read the complete returns policy before ordering.
