How does personalization work?
Products that can be personalized show a name, initial or customization field on the product page. Enter the details exactly as you want them made. Customization is completed in-house in Dubai.
How long will my order take?
Personalized products usually take around two business days to make. Delivery across the UAE is typically the next business day after dispatch. Product-specific timing takes priority where stated.
What materials and care instructions apply?
Materials and care requirements vary by product. Check the individual product description before ordering and follow the care guidance supplied for that item. Contact us if you need clarification.
What are the delivery and return terms?
Delivery is available across the UAE, with free delivery on orders over AED 150. Eligible non-custom items may be requested for return within five days; personalized, custom and sale items are not returnable. Review the returns policy before ordering.
