Personalized products usually take around two business days to make. Delivery across the UAE is typically the next business day after dispatch. Product-specific timing takes priority where stated.

Delivery is available across the UAE, with free delivery on orders over AED 150. Eligible non-custom items may be requested for return within five days; personalized, custom and sale items are not returnable. Review the returns policy before ordering.
